Shipment:

4. If you still do not receive your order within 60 days (except Brazil), please contact us first, we will check and solve the problem. 5. We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.

Refund or Return:

1. You will have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it once you received it. If you have possessed the item over 7 days, it is considered to have been used, we will not issue you refund or replacement. There is no exceptions. Shipping cost is shared by both seller and buyer in half.

2. All returned item must be in original package and you must provide us tracking number, specific reasons for return and your order ID.

3. We will refund your full winning bid amount, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and package with all components and accessories included. After both buyer and seller cancel the transaction from aliexpress or you may choose to have a replacement.

4. We will bear all the shipping cost if the products are not as advertised.
