Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times We ship worldwide through our trusted global fulfillment network. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

• United States: 7–15 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days
• Canada & Australia: 12–25 business days
• Rest of World: 14–30 business days

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Delivery Issues If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at support@showlufashionstore.com for assistance.

Lost or Missing Packages Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
